I Need The Bible

I Need the Bible; I Need the Bible! It's the key to my survival; the Word's my daily bread.

I wrote this song at a time in my life when nothing was going my way. There were things that I could not fix. Problems I could not solve. The only thing I had to lean on was the Bible. And, I needed it.

I was reminded that the Bible is not just for the days when nothin' is going my way. It is also for the days when things are good. I need the Bible!
